Deji Fayemi
Co-convener
Deji Fayemi is a highly respected ICT strategic business consultant and the Managing Partner at Goldwagon Resource Limited. With over two decades of experience spanning oil and gas, telecommunications, government, and financial services, he has consistently distinguished himself as a visionary leader and a trusted figure in Nigeria’s ICT industry.
He is celebrated for his ability to deliver complex projects with precision on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.
Deji’s expertise spans software development, ICT consultancy, managed services, and infrastructure solutions. His leadership is marked by building strong partnerships, unlocking business opportunities, and transforming organisations through innovation and excellence.
Deji holds a Diploma and B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Managing Information Systems from the University of Roehampton. He further demonstrates global competence through certifications such as MOR Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, Scrum Master, ISO 27001, and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP).
Deji is not only known for his proven track record of excellence but also for his unwavering commitment to advancing Nigeria’s digital future with integrity, innovation, and leadership.
Olalekan Brahim
Co-convener
As a Center Director and Lead Trainer at CFL Training Services Ltd, I bring over 10 years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, and Business Strategy. I specialize in delivering impactful training and consulting services through globally recognized certifications such as PMP®, Scrum, and Six Sigma.
I hold a degree in Geography and Regional Planning and have furthered my expertise with various professional certifications. My professional background spans diverse industries including Education, Information Technology (IT), Construction, Media, Logistics, Banking, Real Estate, and Government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
Key Roles & Contributions:
- Servant Leader & Agile Coach: With over a decade of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum facilitation, I have successfully guided projects, products, and services using the Scrum framework.
- Head of Operations and Projects: Led a significant training project for the Nigeria Police Force, overseeing a command of 13,000 personnel in Kaduna, Nigeria.
- Founding Initiative Leader: Launched the National Technology Competition in 2015 to enhance IT education and recognize talented students across 100 schools in Nigeria.
- Leadership Team Member: Contributed to the committee leadership for an International IT Conference organized by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) in 2016.
Under my leadership, through strategic training and collaboration initiatives, CFL Training Services Ltd has expanded its reach to professionals globally, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and various parts of Africa.
